We look forward to having you at Nail Haven! Appointments can be made online or by calling the salon. We require a credit card to hold all appointments. Your card will only be charged upon completion of your services or in the case of a late cancellation or appointment no-show.
Please call us if you will be arriving late to your appointment. We reserve the right to shorten or reschedule a service if a guest is more than ten (10) minutes late to the scheduled appointment time, out of respect to other appointments.
We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled time. Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 30% of the services booked plus 20% gratuity on the original cost of the service. Missed appointments without any notice of cancellation will be charged 50% of the service cost plus 20% gratuity.

Please email us at info@nailhaven.com or call to inquire about group (>5 guests) appointment availability. Groups will require a credit card upon time of booking.
If a group member arrives more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time we cannot guarantee their scheduled services (but we will always try our best to make it work!). The group coordinator is still required to pay the full cost of these services including 20% gratuity even if we are unable to provide the services.
